One place for the whole account. Everything that can be changed without writing to us is in here.
What the panel does
| Sites | add a site, set its document root, redirect it, turn it off for a while |

| PHP version | 5.6 to 8.4, chosen per site, with its limits and extensions |
| SSL | a Let's Encrypt certificate issued and renewed on its own, or your own certificate uploaded |
| Backups and restore | daily copies, kept 7, 14 or 30 days by plan, restored per site or per database |
| Cron | scheduled jobs with the output of the last runs kept |
| SSH keys | public keys for SSH and SFTP, plus the FTP accounts if you still need them |
| Invoices | invoices to download, the term you are on, billing details to correct |

There is no one-click application installer and nothing gets installed for you behind your back. You get SSH with Git, Composer and WP-CLI, which is faster than any wizard once you have used it twice.
Sign in
The panel runs over HTTPS only. If a page ever asks you for the password anywhere else, it is not us.
Getting an account
The account is created with your first order. Once the hosting is ready, the sign-in details arrive by email at the address on the order, together with the invoice. There is nothing to register beforehand and no account without a service behind it.
Forgotten password
Write to support@r2d2hosting.com from the address registered on the account. We cannot send the old password back, because we do not keep it in a readable form. We set a new one and send it to that same address, and you change it after the first sign-in.
A request coming from any other address goes nowhere. That rule is the reason nobody else can take the account away from you either.
